Common questions about designing and ordering cards.
- What size are the cards?
- Designs are prepared as 87.7 × 56.1 mm (landscape) or 56.1 × 87.7 mm (portrait) artwork. Keep important details inside the dotted safe area shown in the editor.
- What photos work best?
- A clear, recent, well-lit photo facing the camera. JPEG, PNG or WebP. The editor warns you if a photo is too small to print sharply.
- How do I import a spreadsheet?
- Download the sample CSV or Excel file from the people page, fill it in, then upload it. Dates must be written as YYYY-MM-DD, or choose the date format when matching columns.
- How are photos matched to people?
- By a file name or ID column in your spreadsheet. We never guess from people's names, and any photo we cannot match is listed for you to sort out.
- Can I change a card after approving the proof?
- Yes, until you pay. Any change needs a new proof approval. After payment, contact us before production starts.
- Can colleagues help?
- Yes. Owners can invite colleagues as designers (who can edit and order) or viewers (who can only look).
